Section 865 IAC 1-10-8 - Professional reports; statements and testimony

Sec. 8.

The land surveyor shall be completely objective and truthful in all professional reports, statements, or testimony. The land surveyor shall include all relevant and pertinent information in such reports, statements, or testimony.
