Sec. 2.
In order to establish the regular meetings provided for in IC 25-21.5-2-11 and provide for special meetings of the board, the board adopts the following:
(1) One (1) of the regular meetings of the board shall be held as soon as practicable after the start of the calendar year, at which meeting the board shall elect a chairperson and a vice chairperson from among its members.
