Sec. 4.
(a) Comity applicants shall be required to take and pass Part III of the professional engineer examination as described in 864 IAC 1.1-4.1-3. This examination shall be submitted with the comity applicant's application.(b) An applicant who does not pass Part III of the engineering examination on the first attempt shall be entitled to take it two (2) additional times within six (6) months from the filing date of the applicant's application.(c) The application shall be deemed terminated upon the failure of the examination in the attempts allowed in subsection (b), or six (6) months from the date of the applicant's application, whichever occurs earlier.
