Section 856 IAC 7-3-4 - Prohibition on reuse and resale

Sec. 4.

Unused or unwanted medications collected by an entity running a take back program shall not be returned to saleable inventory nor made available for subsequent relabeling and redispensing unless otherwise permitted by law (see IC 25-26-13-25).
