Section 856 IAC 5-1-4 - "Operation" defined

Sec. 4.

As used in this article, "operation" means the storing, assembly, packing, dispensing, and distributing of drugs including the:

(1) operability;

(2) integrity;

(3) maintenance;

(4) safety;

(5) security;

(6) confidentiality; and

(7) accuracy;

of the automated process.
