Section 856 IAC 4-1-7 - Consent required for pharmacist intern or pharmacist student to administer immunizations

Sec. 7.

In order for a pharmacist intern or pharmacist student to administer an immunization, the pharmacist intern or pharmacist student must identify themselves to the patient as a pharmacist intern or pharmacist student and receive consent from the patient.
