Section 856 IAC 3-2-4 - Inspection and review of application

Sec. 4.

The board may inspect, or cause to be inspected, the establishment of an applicant or licensee pursuant to IC 25-26 14-19. The board shall review the application for licensure and other information regarding an applicant to determine whether the applicable standards of IC 25-26-14-17 have been met by the applicant.
