Section 856 IAC 2-3-29 - Transfer of registration

Sec. 29.

Transfer of registration. No registration or any authority conferred thereby shall be assigned or otherwise transferred except upon such conditions as the Indiana Board of Pharmacy may specifically designate and then only pursuant to its written consent.
