Section 856 IAC 1-42-2 - Permissible activities

Sec. 2.

The following are permissible activities covered by the remote practice pharmacy:

(1) Perform processing functions.

(2) Consulting services by contract with a dispensing pharmacy.

(3) Claims adjudication.

(4) Remote order/entry.

(5) Remote order review and approval.

(6) Other cognitive services as defined in 856 IAC 1-41.
