Section 856 IAC 1-41-2 - Delivery of cognitive services

Sec. 2.

The delivery of cognitive services occurs between a licensed pharmacist (or a registered pharmacist intern under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist) and:

(1) a patient;

(2) a group of patients;

(3) another pharmacist or pharmacists;

(4) a prescriber or prescribers; or

(5) other eligible health care provider regarding the provision of pharmaceutical care as defined in this article.
