Section 856 IAC 1-34-1 - Applicability

Sec. 1.

This rule establishes minimum standards for security features for prescriptions issued by practitioners as described in IC 16-42-19-5. Practitioners licensed in Indiana must comply with this rule in order for their prescriptions to be accepted for filling in licensed Indiana pharmacies.
