Section 856 IAC 1-30-4.5 - "Positive patient outcome" defined

Sec. 4.5.

As used in this rule, "positive patient outcome" means the:

(1) cure or prevention of disease;

(2) elimination or reduction of symptoms; or

(3) arresting or slowing of disease process;

so as to improve the patient's quality of life.
