Section 856 IAC 1-30-4.1 - "Hazardous" defined

Affected: IC 25-26-13-18

Sec. 4.1.

As used in this rule, "hazardous" means any drug or waste that may:

(1) be:

(A) cytotoxic;

(B) genotoxic;

(C) oncogenic;

(D) mutagenic;

(E) teratogenic; or

(2) otherwise pose a potential health hazard.
