Section 856 IAC 1-1.1-9 - "Electronic database" defined

Sec. 9.

"Electronic database" means a record of information stored electronically that can be accessed using applications designed to securely store, retrieve, and organize information required to be maintained according to applicable state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
