Section 856 IAC 1-1.1-3 - "In personal attendance" defined

Sec. 3.

"In personal attendance", for the purposes of IC 25-26-13-18 (a) of the Pharmacy Practice Act, means being physically present in the area specified as the dimensions of the pharmacy in the relevant pharmacy permit application. This section in no way restricts functions listed under the practice of pharmacy definition in IC 25-26-13-2 that are unrelated to the direct filling, dispensing, distribution, and storage of a legend drug product.
