Section 852 IAC 1-15-3 - Corporate practice; out of office

Sec. 3.

A practitioner may not be employed by a nonprofessional corporation for the purpose of practicing optometry but may contract with:

(1) a hospital;

(2) a school of optometry;

(3) a health maintenance organization;

(4) a licensed health care facility;

(5) a public health clinic;

(6) an industry;

(7) an educational facility;

(8) an insurance company; or

(9) a governmental agency; to provide independent optometric services.
