Section 848 IAC 7-1-7 - Violations

Sec. 7.

A nurse's failure to:

(1) comply with the program requirements that result in the termination of that nurse's participation in ISNAP; or

(2) sign an RMA; will subject the nurse to discipline under IC 25-1-9.
