Sec. 2.
(a) Within thirty (30) days of a decision to close a state accredited nursing program, the controlling organization shall send a written notice to the board.(b) The minimum legal standards for accreditation shall be maintained until the last student completes or leaves the program.(c) The controlling organization shall be responsible for assisting students to transfer to accredited programs.(d) The controlling organization shall provide for the safekeeping and accessibility of the program records of former students and graduates of the program. Plans for future custody of the records shall be documented in writing to the board.
