Sec. 14.
(a) The director shall be a registered nurse with a minimum of a master's degree, preferably in nursing, and shall be employed full-time, excluding vacations and holidays, during the enrollment period of the students. A program director appointed prior to the promulgation of this rule shall be considered, except the director shall have experience in the following: (1) The practice of nursing.(b) The nurse faculty member shall have experience in the practice of nursing and hold a baccalaureate degree. The majority of the faculty shall hold baccalaureate degrees with majors in nursing. The remainder of the faculty shall hold baccalaureate degrees in a field appropriate to their teaching or clinical responsibilities. The majority of the faculty shall be full-time employees of the institution.
