Sec. 8.
(8.1) The application form and instructions for renewal of the license to practice nursing will be mailed in odd numbered years to registered nurse licensees and in even numbered years to practical nurse licensees.(8.2) Applicants for renewal of license shall pay a renewal fee.(8.3) Applications for renewal shall be mailed to the last known address of the licensee. Failure to receive the application for renewal shall not relieve the licensee of the responsibility for renewing the license by the renewal date.
