Sec. 1.
Persons holding a valid podiatric medical license or certificate to practice podiatric medicine in a state, territory, or possession of the United States who seek licensure in Indiana may be granted a temporary permit where the applicant meets the requirements of 845 IAC 1-3-1. The permit shall remain in effect until the license by endorsement for which application has been made is issued or denied by the board. The nonrefundable fee for a temporary permit as required under 845 IAC 1-6-8 must be paid at the time application is made.
