Sec. 4.
(a) Except for courses approved by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association or the National Institute for Hearing Instrument Studies, all other courses must be approved by the committee. In order to be approved by the committee, all courses for continuing education shall meet the requirements in subsection (b).(b) The course will make a substantial contribution to the professional competency of hearing aid dealers who enroll.
