Section 844 IAC 7-1-7 - Costs of disciplinary proceedings

Sec. 7.

Persons who have been subjected to disciplinary sanctions by the medical licensing board shall be responsible for the payment of the costs of such disciplinary proceedings including, but not limited to, costs for:

(1) court reporters;

(2) transcriptions;

(3) certifications, notarizations;

(4) photoduplication;

(5) witness attendance and mileage fees;

(6) postage for mailings required by law;

(7) expert witnesses;

(8) depositions.
