Section 844 IAC 5-3-9 - Advertising or promotion of goods or products

Sec. 9.

Advertising or promotion of goods or products from which the physician receives direct remuneration, benefits, or incentives is prohibited unless the physician discloses that the physician receives direct remuneration, benefits, or incentives from the sale of the goods or products.
