Section 844 IAC 5-2-6 - Degree basis for licensing

Sec. 6.

A practitioner shall not represent, advertise, state, or indicate the possession of any degree recognized as the basis for licensure to practice medicine or osteopathic medicine unless the practitioner is actually licensed on the basis of such degree in the state(s) in which he/she practices.
