Section 844 IAC 5-1-3 - Disciplinary action

Authority: IC 25-22.5-2-7

Sec. 3.

Failure to comply with this article may result in disciplinary proceedings against the offending practitioners. Further, all practitioners licensed in Indiana shall be responsible for having knowledge of the standards of conduct and practice established by statute and rule pursuant to IC 25-22.5-2-7.
