Section 844 IAC 4-4.5-6 - Burden of proof

Sec. 6.

Every applicant for licensure or temporary medical permit shall demonstrate that the applicant meets all of the qualifications required by Indiana statutes and by the rules of the board. In any proceeding before the board the burden of proof shall be on the applicant.
