Section 844 IAC 4-4.5-18 - Temporary medical permits; discipline

Sec. 18.

A temporary medical permit issued under this rule may be sanctioned for failure to comply with, or otherwise satisfy, the provisions of IC 25-22.5 or IC 25-1-9.
