Section 844 IAC 14-4-2 - Reinstatement of delinquent license

Affected: IC 25-1-8-6; IC 25-17.3

Sec. 2.

(a) The holder of a certificate that was issued by the board that is three (3) years or less delinquent shall be reinstated upon meeting the requirements of IC 25-1-8-6(c).
(b) The holder of a certificate that was issued by the board that is more than three (3) years delinquent shall be reinstated upon meeting the requirements of IC 25-1-8-6(d).
