Section 844 IAC 14-3-1 - Fees

Sec. 1.

An applicant for licensure to practice as a genetic counselor shall pay to the board the following fees:

Application for permanent licensure	$40
Application for a temporary license	$10
Renewal fee	$30 per biennium
