Section 844 IAC 14-1-11 - "Supervisor" defined

Sec. 11.

"Supervisor" means an individual who is a genetic counselor licensed under IC 25-17.3, or a physician licensed to practice medicine under IC 25-22.5 and supervises the holder of a temporary permit.
