Section 844 IAC 11-4-9 - Patient complaints

Sec. 9.

A practitioner shall not attempt to preclude, prohibit, or otherwise prevent the filing of a complaint against him or her by a patient or other practitioner for any alleged violation of this article, any alleged violation of IC 25-1-9, or any other law.
