Section 832 IAC 7-2-4 - Bank trust deposits

Sec. 4.

Cash or other property received for services or merchandise shall be deposited as required by IC 30-2-13-12.5. Subsequent installment payments shall be deposited by the seller within thirty (30) days of receipt.
