Section 828 IAC 4-3-12 - Failure to comply

Sec. 12.

Failure to comply with state statutes or rules regulating the practice of dentistry, dental hygiene, and the operation of mobile dental facilities or portable dental operations shall subject the registrant and all practitioners providing services through a mobile dental facility or portable dental operation to disciplinary action.
