Section 828 IAC 1-4-3 - Unauthorized practice of dentistry

Sec. 3.

Assisting the Unauthorized Practice of Dentistry Prohibited. Indiana dentists shall not knowingly submit dental diagnostic materials to any party involved in the Unauthorized Practice of Dentistry.
