Section 828 IAC 1-1-19.3 - Referral services; complaints

Sec. 19.3.

A referral service that receives a complaint with regard to a dentist participating in its service must notify the complaining party that such party has the right to notify the consumer protection division of the office of the attorney general and must be provided with the address and telephone number of the office of the attorney general.
