Section 824 IAC 2-14-9 - Voided warehouse receipt procedure

Sec. 9.

Warehouse receipts voided by the warehouse licensee for any reason shall be so marked, signed, and dated, and all copies of the voided receipts shall be held in the same manner and for the same period as are cancelled receipts.
