Sec. 6.
If only a portion of the grain represented by a warehouse receipt is delivered, the original receipt must be returned to the issuing licensee at or before the time of the delivery and must be cancelled as provided in this rule. After the partial delivery and at the time of cancellation, a new receipt shall be issued covering the balance or undelivered portion of the grain. The new receipt shall state that it represents grain which was previously evidenced by the original receipt and giving the number of the original warehouse receipt.
