Section 824 IAC 2-10-2 - Nonstorage grain

Sec. 2.

Grain delivered for cleaning, conditioning, extrusion, or other custom work and the grain or its byproduct is to be returned to the person who delivered the grain, is considered nonstorage, and does not fall under the Act.
