Section 820 IAC 5-1-7 - "Person" defined

Sec. 7.

As used in this rule, "person" means any individual, partnership, copartnership, firm, company, corporation, association, trust, estate, or any other legal entity, its or their successors or assigns or agents of the aforesaid.
