Sec. 50.

When used in this rule, 21 CFR 1040.20, (April 1988) is hereby incorporated by reference. This federal rule as incorporated does not include any later amendments than those specified in the incorporation citation. Sales of the CFR are handled exclusively by the Superintendent of Documents, Government Printing Office, Washington, D.C. 20402. The incorporated material is available for public review at the Indiana state department of health.
