Section 820 IAC 3-1-13 - Electrology; separate room

Sec. 13.

(a) Where electrology is provided, the cosmetology salon, self-contained mobile salon, or cosmetology school shall maintain a separate room for the practice that is used exclusively for electrology services.
(b) The room required under subsection (a) shall be surrounded by ceiling to floor walls and accessed only by closing doors.
