Section 820 IAC 3-1-10 - Towels

Sec. 10.

(a) Clean towels shall be:

(1) used for each customer; and

(2) stored in a sanitary manner or in a clean and closed cabinet or drawer.

(b) Soiled towels shall be stored in a covered hamper.
