Section 812 IAC 3-1-13 - Reinstatement of inactive license; requirements

Sec. 13.

In order to reinstate an inactive license at any time during the licensure period, the licensee must have completed sixteen (16) actual hours of continuing education from course sponsors approved by the commission.
