Section 810 IAC 1-1-2 - Definitions

Sec. 2.

(a) The definitions in IC 25-1-18 and this section apply throughout this rule.

(b) "Pilot program" means a pilot program established by the agency to approve and remove supporting organizations and to approve, remove, and list on an electronic registry certified individuals.
