Section 80 IAC 9-1-3 - Public records; retention of written determinations

Sec. 3.

(a) Except as otherwise provided by law, records of the commission relative to this article are public records subject to inspection under IC 5-14-3.
(b) The commission shall retain written determinations required by this article in the official contract file of the commission.
