Section 80 IAC 7-1-41 - "Solicitation" defined

Sec. 41.

"Solicitation" means:

(1) rallies, demonstrations, or protests, or all, in support for; or

(2) the act of soliciting, urging, enticing, or otherwise seeking to obtain through offers, suggestions, or incentives in support of; products, services, items for purchase, or support for an ideological or political methodology being offered to the general public.
