Section 80 IAC 7-1-26 - "Procurement" defined

Sec. 26.

"Procurement" means buying, purchasing, renting, leasing, or otherwise acquiring any services, insurance, or supplies and includes functions that pertain to the obtaining of any services, insurance, or supplies, including the following:

(1) Description of requirements.

(2) Selection or solicitation of sources.

(3) Preparation and award of contract.
