Section 80 IAC 7-1-13 - "Cost reimbursement contract" defined

Sec. 13.

"Cost reimbursement contract" means a contract under which a contractor is entitled to receive reimbursement for costs that are allowable and allocable in accordance with the contract terms and the provisions of this article and a fee, if any.
