Section 760 IAC 3-2-4.8 - "Insolvency" defined

Sec. 4.8.

As used in this rule, "insolvency" means when an issuer, licensed to transact the business of insurance in Indiana, has had a final order of liquidation entered against it with a finding of insolvency by a court of competent jurisdiction in the issuer's state of domicile.
